“Kundalini” yoga uses pranayam (breath), naad (sacred sound), asana (posture) and meditation to help you access your higher self. When we access the next level of our self, internal conflict lessens, the mind is quiet, there is a deep sense of calm and a greater spiritual connection. Life begins to flow. Classes can be very active or more meditative, including chanting. Students report feelings of euphoria, better sleep and clearer thinking. All levels are welcome.

This practice focuses on self-discipline, inner awareness, and mental clarity through meditation, ethical living, and controlled breathing. Raja Yoga is ideal for those seeking a deeper spiritual connection and mastery over the mind.

“Tai Chi” is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, beautiful, relaxed movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body. Say goodbye to sweating, puffing and panting and say hello to feel cool, calm, refreshed and energized. Our instructors are extensively trained in the martial arts. This is exercise for the body and a study in concentration for the mind. Participants learn the “how” and the “why” behind each movement.
Tai = big or great. Chi = ultimate energy.
