Sound Bath with Eileen Decelle

Join Eileen~The Boujee Hippie~ for a sound healing. Enjoy the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath. We will begin the sound bath meditation with a grounding practice and optional card pull.
Dress comfortably, bring water, and a pillow/blanket if you prefer to use your own.

Mala Beads and Mantras with Jenna Smalley

Yoga Workshop for Fertility Support with Michelle Swain

More than one in four women worldwide experience fertility issues, and of those, a large majority experience the challenging journey of using IVF and other Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). Fertility experts talk about how emotional and mental well-being can affect your physical well-being, and how achieving a strong mind-body connection can have a positive influence on your chances of conception. Many women are beginning to realize that practicing yoga during this time provides them with physical and emotional support and can even enhance their reproductive health. In this workshop, practitioners will:

Work with yoga postures to support the endocrine system and optimize blood flow to the pelvic region

Learn breathing techniques to reconnect with yourself, reclaim your body, and calm the nervous system

Receive a guide to asanas that are particularly beneficial for IVF and other ART treatments

Develop practical self-care tools to help us thrive and build resilience

Practice visualization & affirmation exercises

Receive customized journals with prompts to help us tune into our bodies through the fertility journey
Michelle Swain has been dealing with reproductive issues caused by PCOS for many years, and she and her husband have been dealing with fertility issues since 2019. Upon beginning IVF treatments, Michelle was made aware of the alarming lack of available resources and support to women facing fertility concerns. Because of this, Michelle was inspired to develop a yoga program that would help women reconnect to their bodies and provide physical and emotional benefits throughout their fertility journey.
