No pressure for silence, stillness, or perfection — this class embraces the beautiful chaos of motherhood. Feed the baby, pause when needed, chase your toddler, or simply rest on your mat. Every class looks different, and that’s exactly the point.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga is a supportive, grounding class designed for expecting mothers, new mothers, and their little ones. Through gentle movement, breathwork, stretching, and restorative practices, we’ll focus on building strength, easing tension, improving mobility, and creating space for connection, both with yourself and your child.
This class welcomes all stages of pregnancy as well as postpartum mothers looking to gradually reconnect with their bodies in a calm, judgment-free environment. Babies and young children are welcome to join alongside you, making this a relaxed and community-centered experience where feeding, soothing, and tending to little ones (and their chaos) is always okay.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Please consult with your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant or within the first six weeks postpartum. -
