  • In a world that constantly insists that we move faster and do more, Candlelight Renew & Restore invites you to slow things down. This practice offers a soothing, yet strengthening flow held entirely down on the mat. Together, we will create stability and centering, melting away physical and mental tension. Allow your breath to gently guide your movement in the soothing and warming candlelight, all while dropping into a deep meditative state for a sense of ease and peace.

  • An all levels practice that offers a wide array of postures and variations to suit the needs of any body type. The unheated room allows us to explore postures with a little more depth and intensity when appropriate but also to create our own internal warmth. This flow will help one to become more mobile and youthful and enjoy the blissful, glorious benefits of meditation.

  • Based on the teachings of yoga master and pioneer, BKS Iyengar, Iyengar Yoga is a practice of precision. Designed with specific sequencing, this method systematically and safely guides you through the poses. It is known for attention to anatomical details and alignment, the length of time in the postures, and use of props. Whether you are new to yoga or to to the method, cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and awareness in this class. Build a strong foundation by learning the fundamentals of standing poses, seated poses, twists, and forward bending. Inversions are also introduced.

  • Kundalini yoga uses pranayam (breath), naad (sacred sound), asana (posture) and meditation to help you access your higher self. When we access the next level of our self, internal conflict lessens, the mind is quiet, there is a deep sense of calm and a greater spiritual connection. Life begins to flow. Classes can be very active or more meditative, including chanting. Students report feelings of euphoria, better sleep and clearer thinking. All levels are welcome.

  • In this class, we will first use body weight and dumbbells to work on our muscle strength and tone. You will be guided through a whole body workout focused on slow, intentional exercises that target specific muscle groups. Then, we will follow it up with a deep stretch to lengthen and release your muscles.

Whether you are pregnant wanting to maintain your overall health or aiming for easier labour, or a new mom wanting to get back in shape and conquer anxiety, this class is here to assist you. Pre & Post Natal yoga provides a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where you can enhance the bonding process with your baby while supporting the development and strengthening of your body, mind, and spirit during and after pregnancy.

  • QiGong is an ancient system that combines movement, meditation and breath, heightening our awareness of the energy within and around us. Through intentional movement to the spine and joints, our energy flows more freely, allowing stagnant energy to be released, and creating space to welcome vitality. No previous QiGong experience needed.

  • Reiki is a form of energy healing that helps to reduce stress and promotes relaxation. Moving through a gentle, meditative yoga flow while tapping into this life force energy helps to find a balance in both your body and your mind.

    The room is slightly heated to a warm and comfortable temperature, so you can really dive deep into your relaxation, letting go of whatever you may need to.

  • Resilience is key to navigating life's challenges. Come cultivate a stronger, more resilient nervous system through mindfulness and embodiment practices.

  • In a Restorative practice, each posture is fully prop-supported and held for 5-10 minutes. The focus of this practice is not the quantity of poses, but rather the quality of poses.

    This class allows your body to slip into the Parasympathetic nervous system, which simulates rest. In turn, you’ll experience a decrease in cortisol levels, improvement of sleep quality, release of tension, and you will create a balance within the nervous system.

    Expect calming music, low lighting, soothing lavender towels, and a gently heated room.

  • Begin with a traditional Restorative yoga practice, helping to guide your body into a deeply relaxed state. This practice serves as a gentle pathway to quiet the mind and calm the body, granting access to a higher state of meditation. With the use of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, restorative yoga releases tension and encourages surrender into a profound sense of relaxation, stillness and self.

    We will conclude with a special half-hour sound bath, in which crystal sound bowls and other healing instruments will be played to bring your entire body mind system back in to balance and harmony. As you relax and are bathed in meditative tonal sounds, your brain waves slow down into a deeply restorative state which allows your body's self healing abilities to be activated.

  • A strong but slow heated flow focused on remaining present throughout the poses. The room is slightly warm keeping the muscles flexible and active while the body is working. There's a focus put on the inhale and exhale while maintaining a pose. Connecting the breath to movement, observance is placed on what shows up for you in your body while remaining engaged.

    The room is heated to 90 degrees, designed to keep muscles warm and flexible, while removing toxins from your body.   • Enjoy the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath. We will begin the sound bath meditation with a grounding practice and optional card pull.

    Dress comfortably, bring water, and a pillow/blanket if you prefer to use your own.

Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, beautiful, relaxed movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body. Say goodbye to sweating, puffing and panting and say hello to feel cool, calm, refreshed and energized. Our instructors are extensively trained in the martial arts. This is exercise for the body and a study in concentration for the mind. Participants learn the “how” and the “why” behind each movement.
