  • This class is a place for us to connect with our authentic self. Students are given the opportunity to honestly appraise themselves and apply a monthly intention into their lives on and off the mat. This is a mindful vinyasa flowing class which allows practitioners to be still inside while moving. Students have a dharma lesson and intention that is not only spoken about at the beginning of class, but it is also woven into the entire class and held for the month. In addition, there is meditation time that is guided either by my words or chanting mantra played in background to quiet your minds.

Strengthening sequences filled with fluid movement, balancing, twists and traditional Yoga postures work to enhance the connection between your body and your mind. Freedom, positivity and an open mind is encouraged in every class.

    The room is heated to 95 degrees, designed to keep muscles warm and flexible, while removing toxins from your body. By focusing on breath to movement, Hot Power Yoga systematically works the entire body, improving balance and coordination, toning your muscles, promoting weight loss, relieving stress, and increasing overall vitality… the benefits are truly endless!

  • Hot Pilates just got hotter! Adding light weights to burn & tone your arms, booty, & legs!

    Taking all the traditional Joseph Pilates exercises and combining them with upper and lower body exercises for a complete full body sculpt. Weights, the barre , bodyweight exercises, are all thrown in leaving no muscle untouched!

  • A style of yoga derived from one of the oldest texts to teach the practice, Patanjalis Yoga Sutras. A very low and slow style practice, we allow the room's heat to calm the muscles while sustaining leverage based postures. A restorative practice for all levels means that while you are relaxing into the postures, the deepest tissues possible are being affected. The muscles and connective tissues are revitalized as the instruction guides towards a sustainable meditative state throughout the postures. Not only will the students get the physical benefits from the postures, but they'll also be able to practice the more subtle components all within the hour flow.

  • A toning class that works to improve balance, flexibility, posture and core strength. Using small movements targets those tiny, hard to reach muscles in your glutes and core that you don't normally think about. Adding in some Pilates based core work on your mat, and some arm toning exercises with light weights, this class provides a full body, low impact workout that will amp up your workout routine and your Yoga practice.

  • A step up from our Power Yoga. Join this class once you have the basic poses down and are looking for fast, fun flowing vinyasa.

  • Known as “yogic sleep” Nidra is a deep guided meditation technique where different levels of consciousness are explored. It is typically practiced lying down in a comfortable position. Yoga Nidra promotes relaxation, self-awareness and discovery as well as improved sleep quality. A yoga mat and comfortable clothing are required.

  • Physically and mentally rewarding class, Yoga Tone amps up your workout routine while continuing to deepen your Yoga practice. This high-energy class will unleash your inner power, boosting your metabolism and toning your body from head to toe.

    We will move through traditional Yoga poses and compound strength training movements (lightweights optional) to build deeper strength and long lean muscle throughout the entire body.
